What We Do
We help teams become better by designing experiences (experiments) that will create applied learning focused on what better means to the team. Any good experiment focuses on 3 things:

What we do is focus on those 3 questions.
How We Do It

We work with you to understand the first 2 questions.

We consult with you to answer the third question.

We gather initial data.

We use that data with you and your team as we execute the experience we have designed.

The What
The How

The What
To focus on the What we collect data using the Performance Climate System assessment.

The PCS assessment is a team 360 that focuses on the six areas illustrated in the graphic. It helps the team to focus the team on the appropriate What. The team leader's responses are split out to assist with alignment.
The How
To focus on the How we collect data using the Team Management Systems assessments

The TMS assessments are psychometrics that focus on various aspects of individual work preference. They help the team understand How individuals prefer to approach work so the team can work together to perform the What effectively.

The Process
Data from one or more assessments is first understood. From there we work with you to build experiences where this understanding can be put into action to help make the team better. These may be simple or more complex. In person or virtual. There will always be pre and post work to ensure the experience is making a difference.
